Generously apply the Seaweed Mud onto the skin, wrap in cling film and leave for 45 mins (expect a heating sensation and reddening effect as a result of increased circulation). Rinse the mud and cling film off together in the shower.

It works well as they say. I found that the stinginess goes away faster when you wrap yourself in the cling film. I like the smell but my boyfriend hates it. I think that in order to see great results you have to be very consistent, as with everything else beauty related. Try using it everyday.

The product IS messy as expected and not that easy to distribute around ‘those’ areas but I must admit it did a good job.My skin became less ‘bumpy’ and my tummy and hips looked slimmer.It has to be followed with Guam creams though(and some diet maybe :))
