My Elbows and Knees seem so Dark and Rough. How can I soften them?

Dry, rough skin on elbows, knees and heels is a sign of disruption in skin’s natural renewal process. Harsh weather conditions, indoor heating, friction against clothes and shoes, and even your genetics all add to the problem.

Regular moisturizing with Environ’s Body Derma-Lac Lotion (infused with alpha hydroxy acid) will soften dry, calloused skin, and a daily application of Environ’s Vitamin A, C & E Body Oil under the Vitamin A, C & E Cream will add to the softness.

For the heels, try using a pumice stone regularly (twice a week) in the shower, and I also like Gehwol’s foot creams.
